Originally built in the late 1800s as the Laniakea Train Station, this unique structure stands elevated above the winter surf on sturdy cement pillars, placing you closer to the shore compared to many other beachfront properties.
Step out onto the soft white sands just beyond your gate, where enjoyable beach activities await. You’ll find an array of beach toys at your disposal, including sand chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, soft top surfboards, paddleboards, kayaks, and coolers. During the calm summer months, Chuns Reef becomes a prime spot for snorkeling, kayaking, and beginner surf lessons, offering endless hours of fun for the whole family, especially with the tide pools right outside your door!
In the winter months, you can witness world-class surfing from the comfort of your property, with surf cams available to monitor the waves directly at Chuns and Jackos surf spots.
This oceanfront studio offers privacy and seclusion, tucked away on the lower level of the house and surrounded by rugged lava rocks. Your covered beachfront lanai provides breathtaking views of the ocean, furnished with a hammock, teak bar table and chairs, and a Balinese daybed—perfect for soaking up the surf scenery just steps from the sand.
The studio features a comfy king-size Balinese canopy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep with its plush pillow-top mattress, down comforters, and fresh linens. A fully equipped kitchenette includes a countertop burner, Cuisinart microwave oven, coffee maker, and Breville countertop oven. Relax in the sitting area with a down-blend slipcover sofa and enjoy entertainment on the 46-inch Sony flat-screen TV. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, and there’s even a bunk bed for children.
