HawaiiVillas™ operates under the umbrella of Canadian-based UpNext Group. Initially launched in 2013, our platform has connected millions of travelers with vacation rentals, condos, and HawaiiVillas homes worldwide. We list properties from our partners or directly from owners and redirect traffic to their websites for booking. Currently, we do not facilitate direct bookings on our site but aim to streamline the process of finding the perfect accommodations, comparing prices across platforms, and creating enduring travel memories.

To modify your reservation, please visit the partner’s website through which you made your booking. As an affiliate provider, we aggregate multiple travel sites into one convenient search; however, we do not have access to your reservation details. Please refer to your email for reservation specifics and contact the booking partner directly for any modifications. At this time, all bookings must be made through our partners' platforms, and we are unable to assist with reservation changes, cancellations, or modifications directly on our website.

At HawaiiVillas, we list properties from our partners, including various online travel agents (OTAs) and direct channels managed by property owners who distribute their inventory across platforms like ours and the entire UpNext Group network. When signing up with their services, it's likely you agreed to distribute your listings through additional channels. We direct all visitors to our partners' websites or directly to the property owners' sites and do not handle bookings directly on our platform. Our role is to assist in promoting inventory, increasing bookings, and minimizing unoccupied nights. There are no additional costs for listing on our network.

If your property has been removed from a partner’s website, it may still be cached on our site or in the process of being removed. Over time, it will also be unpublished from our network of sites. For expedited removal, please contact us, and we will assist promptly.

HawaiiVillas currently lists properties from our partners and a curated network of online travel sellers. We are in the process of introducing functionality that will allow direct listings via select channel managers, expanding our inventory even further. Each property listed on our website features a detailed listing that typically includes photos, amenities, property policies, and more. This information is sourced from our partners, directly from property managers/owners themselves, or from online sources related to the property. We may also gather information through image analysis, neighborhood data, or similar properties within the vicinity. However, HawaiiVillas does not assume responsibility or liability for the accuracy of these details. While we strive for accuracy, if you have specific questions or concerns, we recommend contacting the property owner directly via the website to which we refer you.

We aim to display accurate pricing for each property based on the lowest nightly rate available. For the most precise pricing, please enter your date range and search for the property. You will then be redirected to our partner's or the property owner’s website to confirm the exact pricing. We are also developing functionality to help you find the best price across multiple websites for the property you are interested in. Check back soon as we continue to enhance this feature.
