Positive: The location of this property is absolutely stunning with it being right on the water! The room has a spectacular view of the ocean from the lanai! The size of the lanai is extremely spacious; far bigger than any other lanai we have had. The condo itself is extremely spacious with a bedroom, a separate den, a living area, and a nice kitchen! I had many questions prior to arriving, and the chasing rainbow staff members were phenomenal prior to our arrival about answering questions and upon arrival! Their responses were immediate and helpful! Ron is the best! My only suggestion would be that besides the boogie boards that were nicely provided, it would be great to have a few beach chairs and an umbrella as well!
