Summary: The unit was clean and a close walk to the beach, open and airy. The dishwasher was very convenient. The bathrooms, kitchen counters and appliances were probably redone in the 2015 refurbishment, however, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the kitchen cabinets need to be redone as a few of the them were crooked and wouldn't close. We had to purchase quite a few basics for the kitchen that we needed (which we left behind). There was a lot of loud music and tire screeching a few of the nights coming from the public parking lot off the back patio. All of the fans and lights worked, though we could not get the speaker to work (no power cord). Beach chairs and boogie boards were available in the unit, which was great for the beach.
