Since March 2022, our condo also includes air conditioning—an investment of $15,000 to enhance your comfort during your stay. Having owned this property since 2001, we take immense pride in providing a stylish, up-to-date space equipped with numerous extras to ensure your holiday is memorable.

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the best snorkeling beach on Kauai and conveniently situated to explore the island's many attractions. World-class golf courses are nearby, and the finest five-star restaurants can be found just outside your door. Our unit comes fully furnished, complete with beach essentials like towels, chairs, coolers, and various cooking spices to help manage grocery expenses. Additional amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access, cable, and phone services for local and long-distance calls to the U.S. and Canada, plus free covered parking. Please note that the Prince Kuhio is a non-smoking facility, although a designated smoking area is available near the parking lot.

This intimate complex features a beautifully tiled pool with a new deck and charming water feature nestled in a unique garden setting, offering both sun and shade options. If you enjoy walking, venture up Lawai Road to admire stunning homes, an elite golf course, and head towards Spouting Horn. You can also stroll along the coast to witness Giant Green turtles and perhaps catch a glimpse of migrating whales or an endangered Monk Seal resting on the beach.

A short 15-minute walk leads you to Kukui'ula Shopping Center, home to upscale shops, delightful island dining, organic groceries, and a vibrant Farmer’s Market every Wednesday. We have cherished owning a condo on the third floor at Prince Kuhio since 2001, which inspired us to purchase this accessible first-floor unit, providing convenience without stairs.

For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, as our cancellation policy is strict. Cancellations must be communicated in writing, with a 30-day notice before arrival (or 60 days during Christmas/New Year). Late cancellations incur fees unless the unit can be rebooked.

Please note that check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. For late-night flights, consider booking an additional night. If there is no back-to-back booking, a late checkout may be available for a fee.
