Summary: The resort has some great features, especially the beautiful pools and the excellent check-in experience. The welcome was warm and made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the evenings were disappointing. There was very little nightlife, no real bar atmosphere, and almost everything closed by 9:00 p.m., which made the resort feel quiet much too early. The drinks at the bar were also below expectations, and the bartenders and bar staff didn’t seem particularly engaged or enthusiastic, which affected the overall experience. The property itself is lovely, but extending the evening offerings and improving the bar service would make a big difference.
