Summary: The property was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location—just minutes from Poipu Beach and other great activities. Access to the Athletic Club was a huge bonus!That said, we did experience a few maintenance issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the oven wasn’t working, though a contractor was fortunately available to troubleshoot the electrical panel. Midway through our visit, the microwave stopped working as well, and several outlets, lights, and ceiling fans functioned intermittently.My biggest disappointment, however, was when the management company asked my brother-in-law and two-year-old niece to leave promptly at 10 a.m., rather than allowing them to wait an extra 30 minutes for their ride to the next destination. A bit more flexibility in that situation would have gone a long way.
