Enjoy the cable-equipped big screen TV. The fully appointed kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and everything you will need in a kitchen. It also has a brand new full-size barbecue downstairs so you can enjoy Barbecuing outside while going in and out of the downstairs enjoying a game of pool or foosball while cooking dinner. The master suite downstairs has a king size bed with adjoining bathroom with shower; second bedroom downstairs has a full-size bed; The upstairs master suite bedroom has King size bed And adjoining bathroom with shower; upstairs second bedroom has full queen size bed; upstairs third bedroom has two twin beds.
There are ceiling fans in every room with several cross breezes.

This is a no smoking House. NO PETS of any kind allowed. No service animals allowed. The security deposit is $2000 based on 30 days. If there is a longer lease between tenant and landlord of three months and longer, the security deposit would be the same as first months rent.
