Positive: The location and cleanliness of the house.
Negative: The bathroom definitely needs a remodel. The condition of the tub and shower is unacceptable for the price charged for the rental. I tried to clean the backyard tabletop and a chair, but the house didn't have any cleaner available. I raked the grass but didn't know where to put the dead leaves and flowers. There wasn't an inside broom to sweep the floors.
