Upon entering the home, you'll be captivated by the expansive oceanfront windows and sliding glass doors that open to a generous deck. Spend countless hours enjoying the refreshing ocean breezes, savoring your morning coffee, or watching dolphins and whales frolic just offshore. During whale season, you might even hear their songs drifting through the night air. Blackout curtains are provided to shield the interior from the sun's peak hours, ensuring a cool retreat.

The residence features elegant hardwood flooring and is tastefully furnished with two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with cozy queen beds and ample closet space for your belongings. Adjacent to the living area, the kitchen offers stunning ocean views and is stocked with a built-in range, full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, and essential cooking utensils. The bathroom includes a large tub/shower combination, toilet, and a spacious vanity for your convenience.

Thanks to the numerous windows, refreshing trade winds flow freely throughout the home, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Following the traditional Hawaiian approach, there is no air conditioning; instead, we simply open the windows and use fans when it's warm, and close them with socks on when it's cooler.

The property is conveniently located near Highway 19, just 15 minutes from Hilo and a quick 20-minute drive to the airport.

Hilo is celebrated for its warm aloha spirit, laid-back lifestyle, unique shops, art galleries, and local cuisine restaurants. Explore attractions such as the Lyman Museum, East Hawaii Cultural Center, historic Palace Theatre, Pacific Tsunami Museum, Imiloa Astronomy Center, UH Hilo Performing Arts Center, and Hawaii Tropical Botanical Gardens.
