The home is exclusively yours during your stay, ensuring privacy and comfort as it operates solely as a vacation rental. A one-time cleaning fee of $250 applies, with an additional fee of $35 per person, per night, for guests beyond four. Please note there is a two-night minimum stay, extending to five nights during Merry Monarch, four nights over Thanksgiving, and four nights during Christmas/New Year’s.
