A quick 3-minute stroll brings you to the vibrant scene of surfers at Honoli'i Beach, or you can dive into the refreshing waters of the adjacent river for a delightful swim. Whether you're keen on exploring all that the Big Island has to offer or prefer a laid-back resort vibe, you'll find the inviting swimming pool just steps from your door.

This private flat boasts a self-contained design with no shared walls. The open concept includes a fully equipped kitchen, an ample dining area, and a cozy living room. Your bedroom is designed for comfort and tranquility, featuring a king-sized bed, blackout curtains, desk, full closet, and a remote-controlled ceiling fan/light. The bathroom has been recently remodeled for added convenience.

The kitchen comes complete with full-sized appliances, including a microwave and toaster oven, along with basic amenities to meet your needs. Should you have specific requests, don't hesitate to let us know in advance, as we're happy to assist.

In the living room, unwind on the comfortable Palliser queen-sized mattress sofa bed, which accommodates two guests easily. Enjoy entertainment on the 55-inch TV with digital channels and internet access for your favorite streaming services. The dining area can comfortably seat four, complemented by a breakfast counter in the kitchen and a remote-controlled fan/light.

You’ll love the lanai (porch) that offers seating with picturesque views of the pool and ocean. The pool, remodeled in October 2021, features a bahama area for relaxing in shallow water and plenty of lounging spots. You will enjoy exclusive access to the pool while you’re here; it’s not shared with other guests during your stay.

The expansive yard features lush grass and unobstructed ocean views, making it a serene space to relax. While the upper level of the building is owner-occupied, the thoughtful layout ensures your sleeping areas are well-separated, allowing for peaceful nights. We encourage interactions but also respect your privacy, so you may not even meet us during your stay.

Your comfort is our priority. We provide linens (including beach towels) and essential bathroom supplies, with options available for a pack-n-play, high chair, or BBQ grill upon request. Parking is conveniently offered in our gated driveway, where you’ll share the space with fellow guests. If you plan to explore the beautiful Big Island, we recommend renting a car for the best experience.

As you prepare for your visit, keep in mind that our oceanfront paradise thrives in the tropical climate of Hilo, Hawaii. This side of the island is known for its humidity, which we embrace for the soft air, though it also means occasional rainfall. Expect to encounter birds, geckos, and insects that are part of the natural charm, though they remain harmless. We take great care in maintaining a clean and pest-free home.
