As you drive down the palm-lined driveway, you will arrive at this single-level 3-bedroom, 2½-bath residence nestled in the exclusive Pepeekeo Point subdivision, just a short 15-minute journey from Hilo. The home features a serene gated fiberglass pool accompanied by a bamboo pavilion and barbecue setup, perfect for hosting gatherings.

The airy open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas present magnificent ocean views that extend across expansive lawns. The beautifully landscaped garden is adorned with longan, lychee, lemon, and orange trees, but please consult the Orchard Manager before picking any fruit.
