Positive: VERY well kept! Impeccable attention to landscape. Location was amazing! Kitchen was clearly updated with new appliances.

Negative: In the first bathroom, tub was very slippery and cabinets were placed where you could easily hit your head. It would be VERY nice to change deck furniture to bar height so us shorties could see the sunset/ horizon over the railing. Picky I know… but still a 10!
