The location is truly unbeatable, positioned just one mile down the beach from the charming town of Paia. If you need to head to a larger city, Kahului is only a short drive away, offering grocery stores and various business amenities. While Sugar Cove provides a tranquil retreat, it’s also an easy distance to all the attractions and activities typical of a Hawaiian vacation.

We kindly ask that all guests review our house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Our property has been granted a vacation rental permit by the County of Maui, meaning we adhere strictly to local regulations regarding noise and occupancy limits. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, and any additional visitors outside of those listed on the rental agreement cannot be accommodated.

Your thoughtful consideration of our neighbors is appreciated, especially during evening hours when sound can easily carry. With a minimum age requirement of 25 for at least one guest, we look forward to welcoming you to this lovely home.

Upon booking, you’ll receive a rental agreement for review, outlining all necessary information regarding the maintenance and care of the property. Payment options include check, VISA, or MasterCard, with a small processing fee applicable for credit transactions.
