Positive: The condo was clean and very comfortable. I love that all the light switches are labeled. I wish all rental properties would do that. The kitchen was spacious and had all the necessary appliances available. We were very close to the beach in front of Mama's which was good for swimming. Beach chairs and other beach items were available. There is a small grocery store 2 blocks away but without a sidewalk, we had to walk on the side of the road but we felt safe doing that. Several great restaurants were avaiable a couple miles down the road in the lovely town of Paia.

Negative: We had a little dificulty using the touch pad to enter the condo. Specific instructions were sent to us within a couple of minutes of notifying the property manager that we needed help. Other than that there were no issues.
