Summary: Great location on the edge of Paia, about a block off the highway nestled at the base of a beautiful mango tree. Faint traffic noise from lanai, some normal residential sounds such as house being built next door. Did not bother us a bit. Very quiet at night. Comfortable queen sized bed upstairs. Plenty of space for two people, and really a nice little place. Compact but complete kitchen. Guest book a bit outdated (no access to Tavares beach from highway, no screen in upstairs French doors, and most of historic Lahaina is gone now after the 2023 fire, or with restricted areas). Despite notes in the house about bugs, we didn’t see a single ant or gnat. Poni was immediately responsive to any questions or issues. It’s a great house!
