Summary: Solid rental home. It was one of the more affordable homes in the Paia area which was nice for our budget. Kitchen was nice and basic cooking needs. AC and washer/dryer worked well. The view of the ocean was great! WiFi worked well. Host was responsive and communicated well. I would suggest updated furniture and outdoor amenities as well as providing bathroom essentials!
