Enjoy a special discount of 10% for stays of seven nights or longer, and take advantage of our serene water garden, providing some of the freshest air in Hawaii.

The well-equipped kitchen features an induction cooktop perfect for preparing meals, while the living and dining areas ensure comfort during your stay. Stay entertained with satellite TV channels and remain connected through our fast Wi-Fi internet service, powered by Verizon 5G and Hawaiian Tel Fast Fiber Optic.

Step outside to relax on your own 200 sq ft private lanai equipped with a barbecue gas grill, ideal for evening cookouts under the stars. Our tranquil location is just 10 miles north of historic Hilo, with Hilo Airport a convenient 12 miles away. Adventurers will appreciate the proximity to Kilauea Volcano National Park and the observatories of Mauna Kea, both about 40 minutes from your doorstep. Plus, a beautiful beach is located only 6 miles away.

This peaceful retreat is designated for adults only, accommodating two guests comfortably. The property is owner-operated, alongside their amiable border-collie, Lily. Please note that this is a non-smoking establishment, with smoking strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors.

As part of our long-standing tradition, we look forward to welcoming you with seasonal fresh fruit from our orchard (when available). We want to assure you of our commitment to cleanliness: all bedding, towels, and kitchen linens are thoroughly washed and sanitized after each visit; additionally, fresh towels are provided every two nights.

Essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, coffee, and plastic bags are supplied, along with bath soap and liquid soap in dispensers. You'll also find chlorine wipes under the kitchen sink, along with a new sponge and dish detergent for your convenience. After each guest, the gas barbecue grill and tile shower receive a deep clean, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene. The tiled floors are regularly vacuumed and maintained with a Swiffer and floor steamer, contributing to our impressive 4.9 cleanliness rating.

In the spirit of Aloha, we maintain consistent pricing even during Merrie Monarch and holiday periods. For those planning a stay longer than 14 days, a nominal cleaning fee of $25 is applied to uphold our stringent cleanliness protocols.
