Conveniently situated at the end of a quiet lane, you can enjoy the vibrant local scene as all shops and restaurants in Paia Town are within walking distance.

Your experience is further enriched by the impressive 50-foot lap pool and relaxing hot-tub nestled between the house and the ocean. Please note that while the property provides stunning ocean views, the rocky shoreline means there is no direct ocean access from the premises.

This beautifully designed home features rooms that invite you to gaze at the ocean, with the exception of the playroom and the fourth bedroom. On the ground level, you will find a master suite that overlooks the water, accompanied by a spacious bathroom equipped with a shower. The fully stocked kitchen and expansive living area ensure comfort, complemented by polished concrete floors throughout the main level.

Venture to the second floor where three bedrooms await: two with king beds and one with a queen bed—two of which offer spectacular ocean views. Additionally, there is a playroom furnished with twin beds, along with two full bathrooms conveniently located upstairs. Recent upgrades include split-zone air conditioning in the three king bedrooms and the queen bedroom for your utmost comfort.

HOUSE RULES:

Your stay is important to us, and we are thrilled to have you consider our property for your vacation. Rest assured, this residence holds a valid vacation rental permit issued by the County of Maui and adheres to all local rules and regulations for short-term rentals. Compliance with these guidelines is essential to maintain the integrity of our rental. Properties lacking a rental permit may face closure by the county.

Please be respectful of our neighbors, as sound travels easily. We kindly ask that you refrain from loud music, parties, or any amplified noise at all times, especially during evenings when many residents need to rise early for work. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM.

The property is reserved exclusively for guests listed on the rental agreement; additional friends or family cannot be invited. County regulations permit a maximum occupancy of two guests per bedroom. Ample parking is available on-site; however, vehicles must not be parked on the street to ensure emergency access. Please note that at least one guest must meet the minimum age requirement of 25.

Upon booking, we will provide you with a property rental agreement for your review and acceptance, including pertinent details on care and maintenance for the home. Payments can be made via check or credit cards such as VISA and MC, noting that a 2% processing fee applies for credit card transactions.
