Summary: The host was welcoming, but (first time with VRBO) we were expected to provide our own amenities after the first week. Our interaction with VACASA was poor. We had an issue with the refrigerator and by the own admission didn't communicate well. They never informed us that a tech had checked and determined the refrigerator was fine despite the error code for high temperature continuing after the check.
