Enjoy a multitude of dining options, shopping, golf courses, and more all conveniently located minutes away.When you enter this beautiful home, you are welcomed by the updated decor, new furniture, and gorgeous views. Enjoy a cup of Kona coffee on the lanai in the morning, then come back into centrally air-conditioned bliss. With a half bath conveniently located by the entrance of the condo, other guests can be comfortable without having to enter the primary suite. Rest easy in the primary bedroom, which has a king-size bed and full bathroom attached.This condo features a fully stocked kitchen and updated appliances, making it the perfect place to put together a quick meal or get in touch with your culinary prowess and whip up something special. The kitchen, dining room, and living room flow together seamlessly, meaning no lonely cooks and great entertaining capabilities. There are four barstools, a dining room table that seats four, and a bistro table on the lanai so there is plenty of room to accommodate friends and family.Kick back with a book by the pool, take a short cruise to the beach, or go explore nearby historical sites such as the petroglyphs. During the days of work focused on the elevator lobby and surrounding area, the elevator will not be going to the 3rd floor. It will be available to the 2nd floor. Summary: Nice view, quite corner, unbelievable sunrises. All was good but the condo needs a spruce up. Especially the “Chefs Kitchen” Ha! I’ve never seen a kitchen with knives held together by duck tape....
