Summary: The property was directly adjacent to the entry gate with a constant flow of traffic thru the gates. The condo DOES NOT have an exterior parking space and the so-called free spaces were constantly occupied by other owners who used red cones to block access for others, therefore, renters had to park in an extremely tight garage. Also, upstairs bedroom did not have a chair or bench seat so that you could sit down and put on your socks and shoes. I just used the stairs. Otherwise, the place was well located in Waikaloa Village, and had a great updated interior.
