Summary: Working with owner was simple and timely. Great communication. Place was clean (but dated). There is no AC but there were fans available to help bring a good breeze to the unit to sleep ( we were there in June 2025 - air temps 70 - 80). Unit needs more beach/pool towels. The towels don’t dry overnight on balcony because of humidity. I also suggest bigger bars of soaps or more shower gel available in the bathrooms.
