Summary: Loved our unit at the Colony Villas! It was really comfy, clean and well equipped. The complex had 2 pools, gym and tennis courts. We used the kitchen which had great cookware and nice basics like oil and seasonings. It also had very nice beach equipment. Very nice shampoo and soap was provided, a detail we appreciated. The owners keep birdseed in the garage and we were able to enjoy breakfast every day with many birds feeding near our lanai. That was such a nice touch! Management company was great. Communicated well and provided super clear instructions for smooth check in and out. The only feedback we have is that the beds were too soft for us and the second bedroom gets hot during the day. Even still we would definitely stay here again.
