Positive: Beautiful property, and good location. Appreciated the range of kitchen materials such as a blender, cookie sheets, plate wear etc. to have smoothies and cook functionality. Each room was equipped with ac units, noise machines, and ear plugs which was appreciated. Hair dryer, towels, washing machine detergent, dish soap, extra pillow cases and everything needed to feel homey was provided. Also appreciated the google doc suggestions of places to visit. Would recommend adding Carl Smith Beach to the top list as a highlight snorkel place from our exploration. Spacious, well lit, and comfy living environment with tv access, WiFi etc.

Negative: Was not expecting the traffic noise or coqui frogs. However the frogs became a peaceful noise to fall asleep too, the beds were VERY comfortable, and the provided ear plugs, noise machines, and ac units drowned out some of the traffic which was adaptable. The right sink drain had clogging issues despite our trying to pull out bits. But overall the property, staff, and setting were above and beyond, and we’d stay again!!
