Welcome to the inviting Tradewind Bungalow, your perfect home away from home during your stay in beautiful Kailua, Hawaii. This attractive ground floor unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering a cozy living room and a private entry for your leisure.

Your vacation oasis is just a 6-8 minute stroll from the world-renowned Kailua Beach, while the lively nightlife of Waikiki is a convenient 20-minute drive away. At Tradewind Bungalow, you'll find an ideal retreat for relaxation and comfort.

Inside, all rooms have been freshly repainted and boast newer wood laminate flooring throughout. The first bedroom, measuring 11 by 12 sq. ft., is furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, and window air conditioning, providing access to the outside lanai and ensuring privacy. The second bedroom is larger at 12 by 15 sq. ft., equipped with another queen-size bed and a spacious dresser.

The front room offers ample space at 13 by 15 sq. ft., featuring a three-person leather couch, a 55-inch OLED SMART TV with Spectrum cable, and a dining table that expands to seat six. You can step out through the sliding door to enjoy a private patio complete with a table, chairs, and barbecue.

Stay connected with high-speed Internet access and take advantage of amenities for your little guests, including boogie boards, four beach chairs, and a cooler for a day of sun and fun. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a granite countertop with a drop-in sink, under-counter refrigerator, wall-mounted microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, two-burner hot plate, assorted cooking utensils, and a large breakfast griddle.

The washroom features a shower combination, and you’ll enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Air conditioning is available in one of the bedrooms, and street parking is provided. Should you have four or more adults in your party, a second full bathroom will be made available at no extra cost. Additionally, a quality twin mattress can be added next to the queen bed for your fifth guest or for those who prefer separate sleeping arrangements.

Please note, as per local regulations set by the City & County of Honolulu, stays must be a minimum of 30 days. For pet lovers, we welcome small to medium-sized dogs, allowing you to bring up to two furry friends along for your Hawaiian adventure!
