Our "little piece of paradise" is ready to welcome you! The spectacular windward beaches are famous for their powdery sand and gentle waters, making them some of the top swimming destinations in the world. Don't forget to glance toward the Mokulua Islands—often featured in films and advertisements—as they dot the horizon.

This home stands out as one of the last remaining authentic Hawaiian-style beach cottages, offering a truly unique experience. The open floor plan flows seamlessly onto an expansive patio deck, perfect for embracing the island lifestyle with an elegant yet casual atmosphere. Tastefully decorated, the house harmoniously blends modern updates with traditional charm. It includes two master suites and an additional bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, all equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning units (please note there is no central AC). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. We offer only one stay each month; please reach out regarding your preferred duration. Each rental is reserved exclusively for one group for 30 days, even if the original guests vacate early.

2. Local regulations prevent us from pro-rating shorter stays, so please note that the displayed rate applies. Rates may vary by season, available discounts, and number of bedrooms utilized, as well as shared pool use, which is seasonal. Discounts may apply for extended or last-minute bookings—ask us for details!

3. If your guest list is uncertain or changes, please consult the owner before finalizing arrangements. Occupancy is limited to the number specified on the rental contract for each booking period. We do not accommodate rotating groups; the primary renter must be present throughout the rental stay. For any inquiries, feel free to ask.

4. Please note that a separate caretaker's cottage on this expansive 16,000 sqft property is not available for rent and may be used by the owner or caretaker as needed.
