Positive: Location was great, unit was clean, decorations were modern
Negative: Freezer didn't work at all during our 3 night stay. Reported it to owner's son as soon as we noticed and he wasn't very responsive (tried to get us to diagnose and fix it ourselves even though we discovered later that he was on property mowing the lawn. Then told us he thought he fixed it but it still wasn't working). Couch had been damaged by previous renter which we were informed of during check in and were told to be careful using it. The springs were broken and was so uncomfortable to sit on so we either needed to lie in bed or sit at kitchen table for our entire stay. Renters came for the house next to the guest house and we could hear them very clearly from our unit (were loud in morning and at night). Stove was tempermental and took forever to boil water.
