Positive: The location was great and the hot tub was so nice to soak in after walking around Volcano National Park. Check-in was super easy and the place was exactly as described. My son loved playing on the ukulele that was on display so much that we got him one later on our trip. This place was very safe to stay at since they are responsive to cleaning up after any tephra.

Negative: The only minor annoyance was the heating wasn't on a thermostat, so we had to manually manage the electric and gas heaters. While we loved the dehumidifier keeping the house pleasant, we thought it was a little loud when it kicked on during the night.

Summary: Our family loved staying here for the great location and lovely hot tub!
