Positive: Oh my goodness, this place is fabulous. Location near rhe volcano park is excellent, and then the neighborhood itself is beautiful and secluded feeling. The homes are all buried in forest so you feel alone. Its so quiet! And this house has a lovely garden. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and reading or just listening to birds and frogs. The house itself is beautiful. Very well furnished with comfortable beds and sofas. Big dining tables for families. Big, spacious kitchen with all the supplies you'll need. Complimentary coffee, teas, and sugar/creamer saved us from needing to buy coffee. Everything was just so cute and welcoming, and well organized. The baskets full of towels and soft blankets were a nice touch. Great pillows and soft bedding. And the master bedroom and bathroom are both enormous. My husband and I both now want a giant walk in shower like the one here. I would definitely stay here again. The host was great as well, which makes everything more comfy. We would stay here again if we came back to rhe Big island.

Negative: I dont think theres anything not to like. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. My kids LOVED the house and all the space.
