Positive: We really loved our stay at Volcano Teapot Cottage. The cottage is warm and cozy, with everything we needed ready for us. It feels just like home. It was even nicer in person than in the photos. The location is very convenient, only a short drive from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings a lot. Bill is such a thoughtful host. He took care of many small details in advance and was always easy to reach. As the hurricane drew near, he kindly shared lots of safety tips and useful suggestions about alternative activities after the national park closed. Although we made our own decision to head to Kona early, knowing Bill was there gave us tremendous peace of mind. We felt so welcome and well looked after during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Big Island, and highly recommend it!
