Room Configuration:
- Main residence featuring spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas
- Upstairs king master suite complete with an en suite bath featuring a tub (AC available in master bedroom only)
- Queen guest room with an en suite shower bath

You can opt for two additional guest cottages at $500 per night, perfect for accommodating more friends or family members. Please note that a minimum stay of seven nights is required for your booking, along with a 10% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled 90 days before your arrival, with no refunds issued within that timeframe.
Peak season rentals are available from March 15 to April 20, June 1 to August 31, and November 18 to 30, while holiday bookings extend from December 15 to January 10. Both guest houses are included during holiday periods.
