Positive: Location, comfort and property. It is beautiful, and just across the beach from the water.

Negative: Twice, I requested to be able to get into the property a little early since I was leaving another property at 10am, then didn't have anywhere to go, with all belongings in car, including laptop, etc, until 4pm. Both times, the request was denied. I arrived at 3:30pm, a little early, and the house was extremely hot. The air was stale. It was clear that no one had been there for several days and the floors were not clean and the rug under the sofa was discusting with dried food items or something. Otherwise, the bathrooms, kitchen and all other areas were very clean. This is my second stay at this property, but I will be looking elsewhere going forward since the hosts were not very helpful and the for the price, the floors should have been clean.
