This spacious 3-bedroom residence has been exquisitely remodeled, offering luxury furnishings and a stunning kitchen that will impress even the most discerning chefs. This home is truly a retreat on the beautiful Anini Beach.

Nestled near the end of Anini Road, you will enjoy an unbeatable combination of a peaceful setting and breathtaking ocean views. The open living area features plenty of seating while overlooking the tranquil waters, making it perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Cozy up in the TV area or gather around the dining tables and bar-top seating—ideal for family gatherings.

Bedroom configuration includes:

  • Master suite with a king bed and en suite bath
  • Guest room with two queen beds and shared bath
  • Guest room/Office with two twin beds and shared bath

Please note that a minimum stay of five nights is required. A 10% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking, with the remaining balance payable 90 days before your arrival. Kindly be aware that no refunds will be issued within 90 days of your arrival.

Peak season runs from March 15 to April 20, June 1 through August 31, and from November 18 to 30. The holiday season is from December 15 to January 10.

Summary: This was the perfect house for our June Kauai vacation. We hope to be back. The photos are spot-on and it was very clean. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and the house had more than enough room for everybody. The internet worked well and the A/C was amazing in all rooms. The concierge, Jason, was very helpful and stayed in contact with us before we arrived to be sure we had all of the check-in and house info. The beach across the street was great for sitting and snorkeling. We saw a few turtles poke their heads up as they swam by. We could see both the sunrise and the sunset from the beach and it was extra gorgeous to walk in the morning before other beachgoers arrived. The house was stocked with beach towels and 4 beach chairs. We rented a coupleof beach umbrellas from a shop in Hanalei and they came in handy on most of the beaches we visited. The house didn’t have any snorkel or other beach equipment. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen looked well stocked with pots and pans and had plenty of dishes and also basic seasonings. There was shampoo/conditioner/body wash/blow dryer, laundry detergent/fabric softener. The location was good as a base to the Northshore. We drove to Hanalei and Princeville for most meals, but also took a couple of trips to more south shore areas. My family all agreed that the house was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. (The only thing we wished for was a full-length mirror)
