Positive: Communication from Vacasa was very clear and easy to understand. We had no issues with the processes of the rental. House is steps from an awesome beach and the house has TONS of fun free beach chairs, floaties, fins and snorkells towels, etc to have a great time with your family on the beach. The overall vibe of the house is a great and fun throwback of architectural design that we really enjoyed.

Negative: The house has no AC and the house gets very warm in the afternoons despite numerous fans. The house is also located in an area with a large mosquito population and our kids had several bites all over their bodies by the end of the stay. Understandable given location, but both affected our comfort over the course of the the stay and would be good to know before your stay.
