Summary: The property was well appointed and spacious. The location was great. There was one significant problem, which never was resolved. The loft bedroom in one of the units had an HVAC fan with a loud squeal. We notified the property manager who brought by a maintenance worker who said Parts were ordered, but it would not be repaired during our stay. This rendered the entire loft bedroom unusable and two of our children had to sleep on the floor of another bedroom. I asked for a reasonable adjustment to the $16,000 we paid for the units and I’ve had no resolution as of the time of this review three weeks following our stay.
