Positive: Jean makes everything for the guest to have a great experience. From the decoration to the accessories in the house, everything was thought carefully to create a great environment. Besides that, Jean was amazing, supporting us with doubts and very comprehensive with an issue we had with car rental delaying our check-in. For sure, a great place to enjoy Big Island if you are looking for comfort, good location, and peace.
