Situated just 2 miles north of historic Hilo Town, you will find this peaceful haven overlooking the popular Honolii surfing beach. Enjoy the finest scenery in Hilo from our inviting pool or unwind on the oceanfront lanai.

The Bamboo Room features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom equipped with a shower. You will also benefit from amenities including WiFi, a SMART TV, small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, toaster, dishes, and utensils. Ceiling and portable fans ensure your comfort, and the sliding door leads directly to the lanai. A selection of continental breakfast items is replenished daily for your convenience, and guests are invited to take advantage of the pool and relaxing oceanfront lanai.

A few important details: One parking spot is provided per room within this quiet residential neighborhood. All guest rooms offer stunning ocean views and are located on the lower level of the property, accessible via over 30 steps (as shown in the pictures). Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived for a 3 night stay and things were like we remembered from 2021. The room met expectations but the more we evaluated the property there were some things that had declined. The pool was very dirty and the vacuum was in it the entire time. Therefore, we did not use the pool. The breakfast was still as nice as we remembered from 2021. On the third morning we left towels out as instructed but they were not replaced. Later that afternoon I texted the host about the towels with no reply that day. We had to use a beach towel to dry off after showers that was used earlier that day. The following morning we were preparing to leave when she replied that she was trying to contact housekeeping. At this point is was far too late so it was very disappointing that she didn’t even reply the afternoon we needed the towels. Everything in the booking process was great but the housekeeping miss and the host lack of response was very disappointing.
