Positive: No insect invasion at all, quiet, spacious unit, easy & spacious parking area, large fridge, remote controlled ceiling fan, bed was comfy & firm, hot plate, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, adequate counter space, small "extras" (coffee, cream, sweetener, soap, plenty TP). Josh was very friendly & helpful when I had a mini-crises. Reference list of some nearby shopping, groceries, etc. businesses.
Negative: No address numbers easily readable from "road" way, "streets" are extremely pot-holed gravel. water pump cycling on-off needed a bit of getting used to. I trust that the water from the rain-collection system was potable. No microwave. I had problem with arrival because I didn't get detailed e-mail instructions in time, & also the agency had given me a wrong door code (Josh said he would remedy that). Some kind of local map posted on the wall would have been a great help.
Summary: Good-value place to stay can use some improvements.
