As of May 7, 2022, the property features an automatic driveway gate with a keypad for added security. Recent updates include brand new microwaves as of May 2, 2022, along with major renovations completed in January 2022. These improvements include refreshing the paint, installing a purified water reverse osmosis system with water-faucets in the kitchen, deep cleaning, and fully automating the driveway gate. Emergency lighting has also been installed on the front deck for safety during potential blackouts, and the parking area has been expanded to provide ample space. Additional upgrades include dehumidification, newly installed water heaters, and replaced shower valves. The front deck has been pressure-washed, and solar lights have been added to the staircase for visibility at night. A designated smoking area is conveniently located across the parking lot, clearly marked to ensure compliance (no smoking allowed inside the units or near the building).

The studio features brand new furnishings that include a queen-size memory foam mattress, plush pillows, and a cozy comforter set. A dining table doubles as a workspace, while modern and waterproof flooring complements the layout. Other amenities include an apartment-sized refrigerator, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, dresser, wall-mounted coat hanger, toilet, shower, bedside table, and a ceiling fan. For guests staying more than seven days, linen exchange services are provided. An air mattress is available upon request should you need accommodations for a third guest.

Our property provides 24-hour video surveillance of parking areas and a private driveway exclusively for rental guests. Please remember to drive cautiously within the premises.

The rules include restrictions on unauthorized guests, no speeding on the property, one vehicle per rental parked only in front of your unit, late check-out penalties, and strict non-smoking policies inside and near the building. Parties and illegal drug activities are prohibited and will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation.
