Positive: The home is in a newer residential area. Very clean, well equipped, lots of food choices for breakfast, & a very comfortable bed. James was very friendly and responded quickly to messages especially when the bathroom sink would not drain. He quickly took care of it. We would definetly stay here again.

Negative: All was great!

Summary: Excellent & Reasonably priced B & B fairly close to Volcano National Park.
