Among these enhancements are a new sofa sleeper featuring a 5” foam mattress, a reclining chair, and a stylish rug. A new TV and sound bar have been added for your entertainment needs, alongside a split king bed and updated lamps and TV in the second bedroom. To ensure restful nights, a high-quality mattress graces the primary bedroom, making sure you wake up refreshed for daily adventures. Enjoy freshly added patio chairs and a table on the lanai as well.
The Kona Makai complex itself is meticulously maintained and highly sought after, located conveniently on famous Alii Drive, just 1.3 miles from Kona town. The property features beautifully manicured tropical grounds, an oceanfront pool and spa, and a sunny lounge area. Additionally, there are two workout rooms, BBQ areas with gas grills, tennis courts, a ping pong table, ample parking, and secure gated entry at night for peace of mind.
Please note that all guests must sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management and either purchase a Damage Protection Plan or provide a Security Deposit to stay at this property; specific details are available upon inquiry. Also, reservations greater than 12 months in advance require prior approval from the Broker In Charge, while rates are subject to change.
Starting July 22nd, the Kona Makai complex will begin exterior painting work on Building 4, estimated to last 1.5 to 2 months per building. Access to certain units may be affected during this time, and notices will provide more specific dates and information on potential disruptions, including limited access to lanais and noise disturbances. Spalling repairs on Buildings 1, 2, and 3 are scheduled for September, with no completion date currently available.
