Your retreat features three immaculate bedrooms and three luxurious bathrooms, all while offering captivating 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean from the expansive tiled lanai. Koa Hale ensures privacy with its gated access and includes a serene garden courtyard along with parking for two vehicles.

Centrally positioned near the 4.5 mile marker on Ali'i Drive, this property places you within walking distance to the acclaimed Kahaluu Beach Marine Reserve, known as one of the best snorkeling destinations on the island. Perfect for capturing underwater memories, you will find shopping, dining, deep-sea fishing charters, golf, and the vibrant Kailua Bay just minutes away.

Your stay at Koa Hale promises an array of amenities designed to elevate your experience. The lanai is a private oasis featuring a Hot Springs spa, comfortable lounges, an outdoor dining area, and a gas BBQ grill, all complemented by that breathtaking ocean vista. The entertainment hub, formal dining space, kitchen, and bar area are intuitively arranged for social gatherings, while large glass walls open onto the lanai, allowing the gentle sounds of the ocean and refreshing sea breezes to flow throughout the home.

This sophisticated dwelling boasts a remote-controlled air conditioning system in every room (a small fee of $25 per day), elegant birch wood cabinets, and exquisite granite countertops in the kitchen and bath areas. You'll appreciate the white stone tiles in the bathrooms and a large jacuzzi tub in the master suite, alongside rare Koa wood flooring throughout. Additional features include etched glass entry, remote-controlled exterior blinds and awning, plus complimentary wireless internet, CD, DVD, and cable flat-screen TVs with numerous channels.

The full kitchen is equipped with a double door refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, filtered water dispenser, self-cleaning oven, microwave, and a dedicated bar area. A spacious laundry room houses a large-capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. You’ll find all linens, beach towels, essential house supplies, a gas BBQ with extra propane, and a collection of snorkel gear, reef walkers, boogie boards, and an ice chest ready for your enjoyment.

Each bedroom features new, high-quality gel mattresses adorned with Martha Stewart bedding to ensure restful nights.

Check-in is set for no earlier than 4 PM on the designated arrival date specified in your rental agreement, though early check-in may be possible if the home is ready—please coordinate with the landlord for arrangements. Early check-in incurs additional fees: $50 for 2 PM, $110 for 12 PM, and $220 for 10 AM check-ins.

Check-out is scheduled no later than 11 AM on your departure day. Please note that the security deposit may be affected if this time is not adhered to unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late check-outs can be arranged subject to availability, with an added fee of $150 for check-outs between 11 AM and 7 PM.

Complimentary BBQ propane and an extra tank are provided at no additional charge. Basic supplies supplied at the beginning of your stay include body soap bars, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and tiki torch fluid. Should extensive cleaning or excessive laundry be needed post-stay, associated costs will be deducted from your damage/security deposit, which includes but is not limited to excessive sand in the hot tub or unrinsed snorkel gear. Missing items will also incur charges.

For stays exceeding 17 days, an added cleaning fee of $180 applies. Returning guests can enjoy a discount of $25 per night for visits booked in April, May, or September (note that this offer is unavailable during peak season). Please reach out via phone or email for further details.
