Summary: We were in Kona for the Ironman (October) and chose this location and apartment as it catered for our needs of double bed and two singles (party of four). The location was ideal for training and getting into Kona for shops, food and relaxing. It's a 5min drive into Kona town or a 40 minute direct walk down Ali'i Drive. Highlight has to be the ocean views, waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breakfast on the balcony watching the early morning surfers & dolphins swimming by. In the evening the sunsets were truly breathtaking from the balcony. The apartment itself was clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stay in Kona, from snorkels to well stocked kitchen cupboards. Everything was provided for. Dana fully informed us of all aspects of the apartment & facilities (inc pool & hot tub). As we had a hire car, the apartment allocated parking spot was an added benefit. The complex as a whole was kept very clean and we regularly saw the attendant servicing the pool and outdoor communal areas. Nearby there is a fresh fruit market, places to eat and public beaches, all within a 5 minute walk. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is very nearby too. Thank you to Dana for making us feel welcome and we truly enjoyed a magical stay.
