Summary: This place is great. Its in an excellent location, convenient to beaches and downtown. Day trips easily to mountains, volcanos and waterfalls. Pool was nice. The property overlooks the ocean, where you can watch the surfers and hear the waves all day and night. The owner was very accommodating, and we had no issues. I will definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is safe for walking, and the farmers' market is nearby. The condo was quiet overall without too much road noise.
