Summary: Lovely home with beautiful view in a great location! Easily accommodated 6 people over 3 generations. *Nicely stocked with all the amenities - Kitchen: appliances, utensils, dishes, bakeware, spices; Beach: toys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, outdoor shower; Bathroom towels, basic sundries, hairdryer, etc. *Location is amazing. Short walk to bay/beach, spouting horn, botanical gardens. Far enough out of town you avoid a lot of people & noise but still just a short drive to great shops & restaurants.*Check in/out is a breeze. Keyless entry. PM is communicative and responds timely. Things to consider/useful to know.*Main A/C works great. BR A/C's do not blow cold (even after we cleaned the filters) which means sleeping with the windows open until replaced. Loft has several fans which helps a lot as it is significantly warmer. *Roosters are many & crow all times of the day. Oceanfront BR has the luxury of the ocean waves to drown out the noise but those in the 2nd BR & loft are subject to incessant crowing which can make sleep a challenge (despite earplugs). *The dock across the bay is a popular fishing spot which often continues well after dark - voices & music carry. Those in the oceanside BR may find this disruptive. *The dock light across the bay is bright and shines right toward the house. Generally not an issue unless you are sleeping in the loft. With no window coverings, it provides a lot of illumination & may be disruptive to some (not for us).
