Summary: The first impression of this condo was that it has incredible ocean views from all front windows and patio doors. Large lanais off both living room and master bedroom that has the king bed. Wonderful outdoor tiled patio off other bedroom that has the two twin beds that is perfect for outdoor yoga for one to two people. Both bedrooms have excellent master bathrooms on suite with a third bathroom for use by everyone or makes excellent second bathroom for those using bedroom with twin beds. The beds can also be pushed together to make a king if needed. Kitchen is equipped with everything for all cooking and baking needs. Support was excellent and prompt. We had plumbing issue - no hot water in one bath - and response was fast and fixed issue. Lots of bath and beach towels and beach toys including 2 good quality boogie boards, 4 portable beach chairs of highest quality by Tommy Bahamas, a TH large beach umbrella, large portable cooler for ice and food on wheels. Tons of space- was perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. Quiet and free covered parking for one car right at unit. Was very clean. Check in was easy - they texted door code before arrival so no keys to deal with. This unit is a 2-5 minute walk up the hill from the montage spa and also short walk from a few excellent beaches even if carrying beach toys. We would all stay here again for the gorgeous views, level of support if questions or issues, and the unit itself which was spacious, beautifully furnished.
