MINIMUM STAY: There is a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights. However, shorter stays may be available within 30 days of arrival. A 10-night minimum applies during periods including Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
OCCUPANCY: Accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
DEPOSITS: A 50% deposit is required upon reservation via credit card, with the balance plus tax due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Failure to settle the balance by this deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are refundable only if cancellations occur 120 days prior to arrival (minus a $150 fee). For cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival, the full deposit is forfeited. Any cancellations occurring within 45 days of arrival will lead to the forfeiture of all payments unless any part of the reservation can be rebooked.
CLEANING FEE: A cleaning fee of $250 applies.
PARKING: Parking is free; each vehicle requires a parking pass, obtainable at the front desk upon arrival.
