Relax in the cozy living room featuring plush seating around a built-in entertainment center. This exquisite home comprises four bedrooms comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. You can choose from a king-sized bed, a California king, a queen bed, two twins convertible to a king, and a pull-out full sofa bed in the loft for extra sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom comes equipped with its own television and air conditioning for your comfort. The master bathroom features a dual vanity and a relaxing soaking tub, while the guest bath includes a dual vanity and shower. An open-air outdoor shower is also available on the pool deck. Please note that this villa maintains a non-smoking policy.

Ideally situated just minutes away from stunning beaches and the renowned Kaanapali Golf Course, this property is perfectly positioned for the ultimate Maui escape. Guest access includes the main house, backyard, and the pool area; however, the detached cottage remains owner-occupied and off-limits for guests.

• Sound beyond property boundaries should remain within reasonable levels, reflective of a residential area.
• Avoid amplified sounds audible outside the home's perimeter.
• Park vehicles in designated areas; street parking is prohibited (3 spots available).
• No parties or gatherings are allowed unless all attendees are registered guests.
• If using twin beds converted to a king, please advise prior to arrival.
• Mid-week cleaning is required for stays of 8 nights or longer.
• Rates are subject to change based on season and duration of stay.
• Security cameras monitor the driveway, and a noise monitor is placed in the backyard.
• The pool may be heated for an additional fee; a week's notice is appreciated.
